The customer service is horrible. I contacted Swimsuits for All.com both via phone and email. Tried to cancel my pending orders (order placed on 7/5 and I called at open of business on 7/7 while still pending - they got my money-They promised a call back- I never got any response of course. I could feel the unprofessionalism - Do Not Ever Order from this site- If a business does not care about customer service- I can imagine the poor quality of goods they sell!! Overall Satisfaction- Horrible- Even with pending order status no chance to cancel order!! Do Not Order from this Site unless you want to throw money away and give your private information out!

I would not recommend this website to buy swimsuits, customer service is horrible, they will not accept returns, they wont return phone calls, I never had a problem returning items on line beside this store. I would never use this website or recommend it again.

Swimsuit was pricy, but service and delivery was easy and quick - can't recall if shipping costs were reasonable - that's usually what's inflated.

The second time I wore the swimsuit, it started coming apart where the material is joined to the cup.

I ordered a bathing suit on May 27th. It was in stock and said would be delivered by June 2nd. On May 31st I got an e-mail that my swimsuit order was cancelled because it was not in stock. I called and mentioned that the web site indicated it was in stock. They said it would be corrected that day. Today is June 5th and I can still go on and order the same suit via the internet. It has not been corrected and one can only wonder whether or not the suit is available.

Happy with most of the products, but one child's swimsuit was soiled and of poor quality and the fit was too small but another in the same size was a good fit and quality was good.Postage was fast and packing adequate.

I like the swimwear however the web site is frustrating to use sometimes. You can sort by type of suit and then by price but then you can't "view all" without it reverting back to all the prices jumbled together. I also encountered something with the new set up that gave me two piece suits as well as the one piece ones that I requested to look at. I don't recall what I asked it to sort by. Overall the suits I have purchased from them have been very good quality and the ones that I have had a problem with they were quick to fix the problem.

The size I originally ordered turned out to be too small and the size I needed was not available at the time. I will keep checking, but it would have been nice to have been able to put that on a back order or automatic call back to me when the correct size does become available.

A wide range of sizes claimed but inconsistent stock in all of the larger sizes. Success in finding what you want is hit or miss and it often takes checking the site many many times before catching the product in stock.

It was a pleasant shopping experience. However, the sizes of the items did not seem true to size. I had to order 3 different times until I found the right size, even after using the sizing chart. Delivery was very fast, and the quality of the items was on par for what I paid for them.

it was good but i didn't realize that by using the coupon at the end of the transaction that it made all sales final and i purposely don't shop where i can't return items incase i have a problem, so i doubt i will purchase from them again.

they sent the wrong swimsuit first, crossed out size in black ink-I called, they resent supposedly the correct size...I get the swimsuit today and it's still the wrong size; same thinkg with black marker crossing out size. Now I have to send both suits back and my vacation is coming up & I have no suits. Will not order from them again if I can help it. Customer svc waas awful-long wait; sometimes no answer on Saturday for 1 hour. JUST AWFUL.
