only thing I was not satisfied is that, for a same size ordered, the bathing suits are not the same size. Some are smaller than others. Sizes should be standardized specially when it is a product we order by phone or on the net and cannot try on the spot.

Easy website to follow, had some trouble with checking out. Kept adding additional swimsuits to my order b/c I had to do the procedure a couple of times. Have to send my shorts back as they don't fit and have not done so at this time. Overall a very easy experience.

I love the bathing suit top but the bottom was not clearly depicted in photos and I would have seleceted a more fitted bottom. THis one is too blousey.

I have purchase two bathingsuits from them with no problems! This is the 3rd purchase, same bathing suit as one I had purchased prior but it does not fit - either sewn incorrectly or incorrect size on suit - whatever, I called 2 times and the recording said they are not taking calls?, sent an email - no response - called again and got a CS person named Jasmine - she could have cared less what was happening - so I sent it back with a note describing what was maybe wrong with the suit and asked for a credit on my CC - I just did this on Thursday, March 1, 2007.

I was confused by the double billing to my credit card account (and still don't understand it), but the person I spoke with on the phone assured me that the second billing would be taken off while it was still 'pending' on my account...it was.
