I ordered swimsuit separates from them. I called to verify my order and was told the bottoms were out of stock but the top was in stock and would be shipped immediately. I was promised a delivery date of 5 days later. When I called on the 6th day to inquire about my order, they apologized and assured me it had already been shipped. The exact phrase I was told was, "It's on its way, you should be getting it any day now." So, feeling confident I ordered the matching bottom from another vendor. I received the bottom from the other vendor but still not top from swimsuits for all. I called again and was assured it had been shipped. I sent an email two days later and got no response. I called again and they told me they needed to inquire with shipping as to the problem with my order. They needed to find out when it was shipped. They couldn't find out while I was on the phone because shipping was at lunch and no one was in!! They promised to find out and would return my call later that day-no return call! I called the next day,(speaking to the same person I had always talked to) and was told that my order was out of stock-IT HAD NEVER BEEN SHIPPED! They are in the process of crediting my account. I ordered three different swimsuits from three online vendors and they were the absolute worse!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service !!! Now I know why their BBB reliability program certificate lapsed!!!
