As I explained in my last survey, I received an item that I was not happy with...it had clearly been worn previously. I contacted customer service. The original agent was helpful and agreed to send a UPS label to cover the cost of return postage, but she didn't seem concerned that I had received used merchandise. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor agreed that the product should not have been sent out in the condition that I had received it. He offered to send me replacement items at no charge. By the end of the call I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

DON'T BUY HERE!
I attempted to purchase a 2 piece workout bikini.  It shipped, but only the bottoms came.  So I returned the package with a request to receive another set with both top and bottom.  I received another package, and it was THE SAME BIKINI--bottom only.  So I attempted to exchange that for another set, and they sent me the wrong size.
To make matters worse, I just received notice from their returns department that they are rejecting my return of the bottoms only because it should be a two piece set, and they are sending the bottoms back to me.
I'm furious, and highly advise anyone NOT to purchase here. I have never had this much trouble with an online site before.  After 3 trips to the Post Office AND being out the money for the bikini, I am also considering filing a BBB complaint.

Swim outlet has the lowest prices of any retailer or online store, they have improved their shipping so the product usually arrives in 2-3 days. I like the customer feedback on each product so you can see what others have to say about it.
