By knowing what I needed it was fairly easy shopping and has a nice selection of the swim items including unique items. A couple of suggestions, under the clearance area, it would be nice to just return to the subcatagory selections after I zoomed in on an item. Instead I had to start from the begining tab. Also, the size should indicate Child or Adult. I thought I ordered a small adult but it was a small childs, so I incurred unneeded return shipping fees!

My only criticism is with the UI of the database: it is more useful to search first by size, rather than by color. It is possible to change one's mind about color, but NOT about the size. This made the site browsing experience painful at times.

So far i've had great service from SwimOutlet.com. they have a plethora of equipment and apparel for our swim fitness training, great prices, and an easy to use website. This store has by-far the biggest selection of all things related to competitive swimming: swimsuits, caps, goggles, accessories, fashion suits, racing suits, etc. The prices are really good. You can choose from the more expensive brand names or the generic brands which are just as good and at much lower prices. I buy all my swimming gear here. I don't bother looking elsewhere.

Only issue was in sizing for swim suits. The brand I wanted wasn't specifically sized on their sizing site. I wasn't real sure the chat contact had steared me to the sizing chart correctly. Looks like it's probably right.
