I have enjoyed shopping with Swansons... the prices are good the qualitly seems to be there. they send saving coupons in email often and offer free shipping... Thier site is easy to search they have all the product information and customer reviews. There is nothing I can think of to complain about. I would recomend to friends.

I have been a Swanson's customer for 20 years & never a complaint. THIS order, however, was just "dumped" into a box, and shipped. When I called to complain, I was told (by Heidi) they now have "automated" packaging. This is TOTALLY unacceptable, and will definately affect our future purchases. I can't believe that a company like Swanson's would sacrifice future business because some "bean-counter" told them they could save a few bucks on shipping !!! Someone better re-think this decision !!

i had ordered an item that was on back order. i got an email saying that the backorder item was sent, although when i tried to track it, i got a notice saying that there was no information on the order. i havent been able to track the order. i was able to track the first part of the order, though.

Overall satisfactory. But not happy for being a loyal and regular customer. As I do not enjoy any special discount. Given a discount voucher after every purchase but NEVER get to use as it expire before I place my next order. Quite piss about this!

I find it astounding that 2 orders placed within minutes of each other could not be combined. The email I sent was useless. I have been able to combine orders at other sites. It's unfortunate that the customer care cannot handle this sort of issue. I still have not received the first order I placed. Not exactly what I'd call GOOD service. But thanks anyway.
