The products are fantastic. I have questions about the full spectrum light bulb that customer service was not able to answer. UPS did not come to my door with my package, but dropped it off at the apartment managers office. He also did not leave a note on my door. I only discovered that it had arrived SEVEN days earlier because I finally had access to my email, (I share a computer), and discovered that it had been delivered as mentioned above. I went to the apartment managers office and was told that had I not picked it up that day it would have been sent back as their policy is to only keep packages for 7 days. When I called UPS to register a complaint and a UPS representive from my area called me back I was treated with in an extremely condescending manner by Natalie. When I commented on her attitude she barely made an effort to change her tone of voice. I am VERY disappointed in UPS's service. I may take it up a notch by registering a complaint with Natalies Supervisor.

I shop for more than 80% of my supplements at Swanson. However I was dissapointed that Swanson doesn't carry the new formula of Hydroxycut Hardcore. I had to buy it at GNC and pay $15 more. Other than that I'm very pleased with the service, the information, and the prices. Lou
