It was an excellent experience. They were on top of things. My only beef is the method of shipping. Most delivery services (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc...) only deliver during the hours most folks are not home. I am one of those folks. A signature was required, in person, in order to receive my package that was only worth $10. I can understand if it were worth a great deal, but obviously it is not. It would have been nice if I could have just signed the delivery notice Fed-Ex left on my door so they could just leave my package any time. Otherwise, great experience and I will continue to purchase my Suunto items through this site.

I understand shipping most items with a required signature, but for a very inexpensive replacement part, my having to be at home to receive it was an imposition. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'd do business again.

Found the company through google searches for watches that have alt, baro, and compass features; there was a link to the Navy Seal website somewhere that I found in searching and that is where I got some of my info. The rest I got off the Suunto website and I love the watch. A great purchase and very high tech feel about the watch itself; 10 out of 10. Great watch and great company. Thank you very much.
