I bought the Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker for my two sons and their families for Christmas. They both love the product. It is was so easy to assemble, use and clean up. I would highly recommend this product to all ice creamer lovers out there!

i did not receive a conformation email. Took two weeks to get the tea pot and the flatware has not come yet. I waited as long as i could and now have moved to oregon from eureka Ca. My freand is going to forword the flatware to me ;I hope. That was 4 weeks waiting and first i was told that bthe teapot was on back order and the flatware was on its way by fed-ex. But the teapot came and you sent it by ups. It would be nicer to know which carrier has the pacages so then i could track them. I will mnot shop with you again. gaby

I ordered a wreath on December 9th to be delivered as a gift. It is December 19th and I never received any tracking or followup on the order and am not even sure if it delivered. I wasn't able to use my order number on the Sur La Table website to find any info out. I sent an email this morning to customer service to investigate and will wait to see if there is any response. Not very happy at this point. Order Number: 890373

I am sometimes disappointed about the quality of certain ceramics, particularly the Italian ones...bad glazing. In the past if I received broken pottery items, they were very good about replacing; but the last things <small Italian pitchers> were just bad quality. <They might not have been literally the last items purchased...I simply cannot remember>

Receiving the email notice of specials offered, I was able to quickly process the order and not worry about having to go into the store. I received my order without any problems, and in time for the holidays. Only disappointed in the packaging of the knife. Cheap plastic and unacceptable to give as a gift. Needed to remove it from plastic shell and repackage to make it appear it came from Sur La Tab. I expected it not to look like it came from Bed Bath and Beyond and anticipated a classy box. Very disappointed.

The telephone number to customer service went to some answering service who turned out not to be a correct customer service number. There were no recommendations on the size of plates that would fit the plate server and so I had to find the number to an actual store to ask and it was such a pain I almost didn't even want to order. I more than likely will not shop online at this store because it was supposed to be handy, and the online site has poor item descriptions, not enough info on things. The cookie cutters came in 2 pieces the middles not attached. Okay, this was not mentioned online, more pieces I have to keep track of and a pain in positioning while cutting the cookies out. Not a good experience for me. sorry.

All fine except they didn't honor the price in their November catalog on December 3. We hadn't received the December catalog (didn't even know they printed them monthly). Their website price didn't match the catalog. Kept us on hold for over five minutes. A big pain.
