I orderd a white table cloth on line. Size 70x108. What I received was not the correct size. The package said 70x108 but was way to small for these measurments. I had to return it to the cherry creek store. They had very few table cloths to choose from. I did manage to find a very nice one that was the correct size. The sales associate was very kind and made my exchange for me. She assured me that she would alert someone about the incorrect sizing. I wonder how many of these were incorrect? When I received my e-mail confirmation, it indicated all items; however, the total of invoice indicated that the ornament was not available. It was very confusing and caused me to call customer service. The order should have clearly stated that the ornament was unavailable.

Answer to question 7 would be maybe (Not yes, not No). It was my first experience and despite the product was advertised as in-stock, it was in fact back ordered and SurLaTable could not tell me when I could receive it hence I cancelled the order (for which I did not received conformation). In this type of situation, I would expect the vendor to send a free gift or discount on next purchases to encourage disappointed shopper to visit the site again and buy something despites negative experience on first visit and attempt to buy something?

Package received today. This ice cream maker is a Christmas gift and I had it gift wrapped by you (I did not open to see the condition of it). Anyway, I was disappointed that it was not Christmas Wrapped but a plain brown looking paper and dark brown ribbon. Not what I expected.

I work fairly hard at making sure I get the best value for my purchase which to me includes selection, reliability, cost and delivery. Sur La Table beat the competition squarely for several items I was looking for including a Mauviel copper cookware set and Shun knives. I was surprised at the pricing being very competitive with the lowest of the froogle dot com and other comparison shopping sites. The gift packaging is very classy and well worth the money. These people have their act together.
