Super Warehouse

Ordered two printers, for a good number of hunderds of dollars. About two weeks after, having received no notification on shipping, I called. They told me it is processed and should be shipped soon. A week later I called again. They said there's a problem and I should call again. I called again, and again, and again, and finally was told they don't carry this item anymore. I asked for the order to be cancelled, was forwarded to another extension, where noone ever picked up. Called again to have the order cancelled (since I'm leaving the country in a few days), and was told they can't do it immediately, but I will get an email about the cancellation within the next day. 3 days later, I didn't get the email.  
Don't ever order there.
I found the same printers online for a lot less with another company, and just got them today.

They never shipped my order, they told me I have to wait 10 business days after the 11th day I called and they said that they will not ship anytime soon.  They never had the item, they charged my card and have not refunded the charge.  Never again will I order from this merchant.

I will never use this company again.They bill your credit card before they ship and they cant even tell you when your order will ship.Not worth the few bucks you might save.

This "company" was the worst experience in a long time. No communication whatsoever in regards to shipping status, no notifications around backordered items. But they were quick when charging the credit card. After sending 3 e-mails that were not responded to, I called and was told that the important part of my order was unavailable with no ETA - but they gladly shipped the item that was just the filler to get over their $200 for free shipping. What a scam artist "company".
Crediting back my money will take 2-3 weeks.. lol - my next stop will be the BBB website filing a complaint about the "business" practice of this "company".
At all cost - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

1 Unanswered E-Mail and 5 phone calls to get OK to return an UNOPENED PACKAGE which I no longer needed. On the 5th call I was advised some MANAGER decided they did not want to accept my return. I asked to speak to the manager but was told I could NOT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never shop there again.

I got what I ordered at a very competitive price. Charges for shipping and handling were less than competitors that I shopped. Standard shipping used was FedEx ground. Their web site states that ground orders can take 6 to 9 days, and my order took 9 days from shipment date. I am used to receiving ship notification emails when I order from merchants on the web. Super Warehouse did not send a ship notification. A week after I placed the order, I called and did an on-line request for ship info. The on-line inquiry was acknowledged as received, but it was never answered. The telephone call did get me a live C/S rep who was able to say that the order had shipped several days earlier, but could not give me a tracking number or an expected date of delivery. I do not like being in the dark, since I have been burned by other .com sites in the past.

IT IS A BAIT AND SWITCH GAME, BUT THEY PUT TOGETHER A GOOD PACKAGE ON THE LAPTOP. I WANTED WINDOWS XP, AND THEY WHERE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH IT, BUT AT A HIGHER COST THAN THEY ADVERTISED ON THERE WEB SITE. I WANTED XP SO BAD FOR MY LAPTOP, I PAID. THEY HAVE CASHED IN ON THE PEOPLE WHO WANT XP, GOOD FOR THEM, GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT AND MAKE PAY. CORPORATE AMERICA AT ITS BEST!!!!

They advertise the item in stock on google. They take the order. They then tell you it's not in stock. They give you a date that it will be in stock. Then it's not in stock on that date. They give you a new date and it still is not in stock. I have to do all the chasing. No e-mails stating there will be a further delay. not very impressed. I should have paid the extra $10 and got it from Tiget Direct.

Prices are excellent - only one minor point: Order came in two shipments. First arrived with no indication that it was not complete and that the rest of the order would be coming. I would like to have seen some notice on the packing slip to that effect.

I've order from Superwarehouse several times in the past with good results. This order was never received because someone checked that for FedEx to deliver a signature was required in person. This delay resulted in time lost for two jobs I needed to complete. Very disappointed!

The slip inclosed with order does not tell you that there would be 2 separate deliveries and therefore is misleading. I called to verify that the order I placed was being filled. It came on 2 different days. Neither packing slip indicated there was another on the way. The cal revelaed that was becasue they came from different warehouses. I do appreciate your business as I have a ministry and you are the one who supplies what I need. God Bless You
