Odered three identical cables. Was told one would ship immediately and two would arrive from a different warehouse. One arrived within a few days. A week later a second arrived. The third one has yet to show up.

THE ORDER GOT LOST AND THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED ME BACK, THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 4 WEEKS FOR A CREDIT AFTER THEY INVESTIGATE THE LOST PACKAGE FROM FEDEX.

The company advertised an item on their website of which I ordered several and them was notified that they were out of stock and they were going to find a substitute. I needed that exact item not a substitute... If I ordered one.. could see if they are out of stocked ... but I ordered 8 and they had none. That is poor inventory control.

First I paid with c/c but one day after the transition I got an e-mail saying that you could nor accept international credit cards...and still I didn't receive any assurance that my c/c had NOT been charged. Shipping costs were extremely high, I paid 69,00 to ship over a small box and I specified that I did not need any "next day delivery" but the answer was very poor. Plus, I had to pay customs taxes so I don't know for the future. You should review your international orders process!!!
