Quick yet didn't like not knowing about paying CA sales tax until the last screen. Website needs to allow you to figure this early on in the purchase process.

The product shipped was "gray-market," with out-of-date, non-upgradable software. I have still not been able to get an RMA to return the product after several e-mails and a phone call.

Rapid shipping, just as promised. Only thing I couldn't figure out - I ordered six okidata ribbons. Five were shipped in one box and one in another equally large box. Seemed like a waste of company resources (my shipping charge was the same).

The shipping and handling charges are a little higher than other online sellers, but they ship out promptly. If you order multiple items (say 5 items), you will get 5 packages possibly delivered by multiple shipping concerns, i.e, ups, fedex, etc. They provide tracking numbers in all instances, however. So, if keeping track of all your shipments and making sure they actually get to you isn't troublesome, no complaints.

I ordered a hard drive and was shipped the wrong item and they would not respond to my requests to return the item. They wanted to replace it with another item with another hard drive at an increase in cost of $150.

Placed an next day order for a specific Sony Laptop they claimed was in stock. Took my order did not arrive next day. Call sales agent could not find order at first then told me it would ship today. I asked him for sure if it was in stock he said (Yes). Later that evening he left message that Sony did not have any more of that type tried then to switch me to other model. This company should not be in business on web (Bait and switch business, false claims of in stock items)

On the 24th of the month I ordered a power cable for a Cisco phone, got my confirmation email, everything seemed good.
On the 30th I hadn't heard from them so I sent them an email inquiring on it's status. Here is the exact text of their reply:

Unfortunately we did not have the item available in stock as we originally thought. So we did have to cancel your order. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

So their website listed the item as in stock, but they actually don't carry it, and they canceled my order without informing me.

There was an unexplained hold placed on my order which caused the item to be shipped five days later than expected. I needed to call customer service to inquire about the delay before the error was realized. The service was superb and I had my computer the next day. With that exception, the process was simple and above average.
