Sun and Ski Sports were the only vendor out of 20 or more that had the jacket my daughter wanted in her size and in the color she wanted. The jacket arrived so quickly, I was amazed and in perfect condition. It was also packaged in a way that was efficient and tiny. So, little environmental impact. We were so happy to be able to find the jacket via internet search after browsing stores on the web for literally two days. Perhaps their response to Google search engine could have been more prominent...because it did take some looking to find it. But, once found, it was a breeze to order and receive the product in excellent condition and a very short time frame. The price was competitive. If anything could improve, it would be the availability of a discount price -- that would have been a bonus.

Very disappointing. The product was out of stock and they cancelled my order. No offer to find out when it would be in stock, to ship it then, or to find an alternate product.

Could be because of the fact that the whisperlite comes only with the burner and not the cylinder.. but this wasn't advertised well enough or it could be my plain oversight. However, I am content with the way the site's org'd and variety provided.

At this writing I am satisfied with their service. Buying foot ware online is not always a good fit. Yesterday, I returned the size 8 skates for a size 9 (to accomidate my wide feet. With today's scanning technology, I would like to see an open source technology created for scanning both feet and the insides of shoes. The goal of matching the foot/feet for the best fit of footware -- the first time.
