I shopped around for the best price on a desk and chair for my sons room and found a maze of websites owned by CSN stores. The price was amazing compared to the local big furniture store. I decided to order based on the "free shipping" and no tax. That was in early July and here it is mid September and my son has no desk for school. You must read their conditions for delivery and understand that what they call a "guarentte" is nonsense. They will refund your money, but hit you with a whopping penelty that nulifies this. I have called 3 times and each time they gave me a date that it would ship. Today I was told it was somewhere in Indiana and I should be called by the local carrier in 5-15 day. (thanks for the help guys). I understand the concept of warehousing/shipping carriers, but this delay has been ridicoulous and just want to warn people to not expect your delivery in what they call out as "ships in 2-3 weeks" It is a lie. I will comment again when it actually arrives. I wonder if it will be a painless.

On a side note, my wife ordered the matching dresser and mirror from Raymore Flannagan and it was delivered 3 days later.
