Falsely advertised products, incompetent staff, refunds never received/will dispute with CC

Ordered an aerobed product that I knew to be discontinued but was on this site over a year later, told the CSR that I was surprised they still had some, and he led me to believe that "they" had a warehouse filled with this backstock. Had I known this was a complete lie and the item would come direct from the manufacturer I would never have tried to place the order since I knew it to be discontinued from production (but apparently Student Market in well over a year never figured that out). The wrong item was then shipped directly from Aerobed, not Student Market, to a friend's home to hold for me. When I arrived there a few weeks later and saw that the item was not the specialty item I had searched high and low for on the web for but a standard issue air mattress available at any Walmart or Target, I called them and the rigamarole continued. I was first told that I needed to pay for return shipping. I went to the UPS store that same day and shipped it back then called in with the tracking number. While trying to carefully give the 16 digit tracking number to the CSR, he kept interrupting by saying "uh huh" or some other unnecessary noise every four or five digits, until finally I said that it he would just listen he would probably actually hear the entire number. He then said "I heard the whole thing". So then a week later, still no refund. I called back in and was asked by the SAME CSR "well, did you give us the tracking number?" - seriously, the same guy I was banging my head against the wall trying to meticulously give those 16 digits to was asking me days later if I ever gave "anyone" the tracking number... Finally I was promised that the emails and statements about my being responsible for return shipping and that Student Market being so magnanimous as to make an "exception" for only a portion of the shipping of a falsely advertised product that didn't even exist had been erroneous (a lot of CSRs saying every other CSR there doesn't know what they're doing) and that I would be refunded everything and done. So a week after THAT statement I was calling back in yet again to be told that my final refund had been "delayed" and would finally be processed - at this point still no sign of it. Never EVER again.
