Irritated that the item I wanted to order is taking 7 weeks to arrive because it is on backorder, not necessarily strollers.com fault, vendor issue, but I'm still irritated.

I was a little disappointed that the problems I had dealt with the condition of the shipment through fed ex. The box was torn and a piece of the handle was broken due to this. In the future I will be more cautious buying online since shipping companies are not careful with our merchandise.

Expect for the fact that my stroller came damaged the customer service was helpful and prompt. I would suggest that they find a way to ship via air to Canada, especially if a product is being re-ordered due to damage. I shouldn't have to wait the same amount of time, the second time around.

I did call customer service because their was a piece missing on the parent console I ordered. The customer serv. rep. said they would call me back on Monday, but that was a week and a half ago, so I assume they will not be calling me back. I need to follow up since they didn't follow through.

I was initially shipeed the completely wrong product. I called adn tried to fix it. the woman tried to be helpful, but apparently was only half listening and entered the wrong info. into the system. I called a few days later, bacause I hadn't heard anything from them. They discovered the mistake, tried again to fix it. then they actually sent me an e-mail requesting that I send in pics of the wrong product prior to shipping me the correct one. I did eventually get my carrier, and they have yet to pick up the wrong order, and said it could be up to 3 weeks and I have to be home when this happens and they coild not give me a time or date. In my opinon they need much better orginization and customer service people who pay attention to the callers.

I tried to order accessories for the bugaboo cameleon. I was happy to see that shipping was free, but disappointed when it took me through the check out process before it told me two of the three items in my cart were on back order. Waste of time... I had to start over and order them from another merchant, since they are for summer and I can't wait months for them. The footmuff, which is for winter, was in stock and shipped quickly and for free. It was also 2007 model, so was on sale. That was great.

I tried to order a stroller and car seat system and chose this site because of its so called "fast shipping." I needed the system for my five month old quickly. I kept on getting responses that said there were delays. I would not have ordered from this company if I had known how many delays there would be. I ended up cancelling my order because there was yet another delay with the order. I will not order from this company again, and will not recommend it to others.
