Stollers.com has awful customer service and cant be trusted based on my experience.

They advertised the Stokke Complete package for $899. They had it advertised on special for 30% off. However, when you tried to place an orfder the site would not process it.

I contacted customer service, I took a screen shot of the promotion offer.

They refused to honor the price even thought its their site that failed and I emailed them immediately.

My email was timestamped and I had taken a full screenshot of the offer but they ignored that. The customer service representative says to me Stokke is never sold at a discount on their site due to an agreement they have with Stokke not to doscount to maintain a authorized seller status (seems like anti-competition investigators need to call on these guys) but if that is true why do they promote and advertise specials only to not honor them.

They instead offered me a 5% discount.....what a lame bait and switch site...dishonest, lame, and not worth trusting with further orders.

If you go to shopping.com they are still attracting hits with a $899 price that isnt offered on the site...people need to avoid and warn people of unscrupulous sites.
