I was unhappy to have to pay an additional £12.10p by UK Customs. I also had to travel to a Post Office some distance from my home to collect these goods and pay the tax. This has made these products more expensive than alternative UK suppliers. I will not use them again!

I made an error in placing my initial order. After I received my order confirmation, I noticed my mistake. I sent an e-mail to correct the order, and received a prompt reply telling me they would take care of it. The items I received were all the ones on the corrected order.

The customer service of this store is terrible! I bought one item at this store on 7 Dec this year as a Xmas gift. But I haven't recieved it yet. During this time, I've sent 3 E-mails to ask the status,but I just got nothing!No E-mail,no calls!I would never buy anything here!

I have just received my order of 2 bottles of Clinique Happy 100ml. Fast delivery, well packaged goods, Efficient Service. BUT...
I also got charged £10.01 Import VAT and £4.00 Royal Mail clearance fee. Which would make my purchase dearer than if I'd nipped down the road to Debenhams. The Strawberrynet Website advertising claims FREE shipping and makes no reference to these other costs, so I was annoyed. My e-mail complaint to Strawberrynet was replied to quickly. They are refunding my credit card the full £14.01, and a very eloquent Mr Chan has apologised for any inconvenience. I am very happy with the response and service I have received, but UK shoppers be aware you may have to claim back Import VAT.

This is the first time I have shopped with Strawberrynet, but certainly not the last. I usually find that companies selling their products online try to rip people off by passing shipping costs to the customer. Strawberrynet provides free shipping. Strawberrynet's prices are competitive, and the ease of online shopping through them makes shopping for the girlfriend easy, for a lazy guy like me! What's better is everything is wrapped so well, and the shipping is very prompt; I received my order soon after placing my order, it's great! Overall, Strawberrynet provides a great service, a wide selection of products at good prices, easy online shopping, and FREE SHIPPING!!! I definitely recommend shopping through these guys.
