I gave them the wrong Credit card # by accident. Then, a week later the e-mailed e asking me for the correct #. I immediately gave it to them and asked them a question via e-mail. No response. I went to their website to find customer service. The phone # listed was not a working #. Both e-mail addresses I found, never responded to my messages. I finally gave up and ordered elsewhere.

The exchange rate for credit card was not the same as shown in your homepage. The differences were more than 10 CHF. It was negative surprise! And also 2 kinds of tax had to be paid in switzerland. The order was for CHF 199.97. and finally I paid CHF 236.60. So I will think twice beofre I order again...

My purchase cost me something like £32, I then paid another £10 to assure delivery being signed for. When it arrived I had to hand over a further £21.50 to cover VAT and something called 'Parcel Force clearance fee' before I could get my gift. My small make up gift for my wife ended up costing me over £60. Never again!!

I will never buy through this retailer again. They took weeks to ship my product, although at least I did receive mine, but then they charged my credit card TWICE for the order and refused to even discuss fixing the problem. I had to go through my credit card company to get the charge taken off of my account. They have decent prices, but I'd pay a LOT more to buy from a reputable company that knows the value of good customer service.

I WILL NEVER recommend Strawberrynet, after 15 days my products were not delivered so I had to contact them, they asked me to wait for another 15 days and to contact them again if my order was not delivered by then, so I did. After that they offered me to either reship my order or to give me a refund, so I chose to have my order reshiped. A week after I had not received a confirmation of my order what meant that they had not posted it, so I requested a refund, and email was sent to me confirming that the money had been credited to my account but it was not there, so again I had to contact them as the refund did not go through, they said the had reshiped my order, two weeks have gone past and I have not received my order, nor a refund and there is not sign of it at the post office, my last email was also ignored. Today is 15th of December and the original order was placed on 26th of October.

This was the first time I shopped at Strawberrynet. I was a bit skeptical at first becuase their prices were lower than their competitors, but I tried it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the item I ordered (the packaging was as if I purchased it from a major department store). Also, the item arrived very fast (a few days). I was also very impressed with their free shipping. Their competitor's on the web give free shipping only if you purchase a certain amount of items, which negates the savings the competitors advertise. I will definately shop with Strawberrynet again and recommend the site to colleagues and friends.
