A more complete description of the items would have been better, especially if it was new products that I may have been interested in. If you already know what you want, then definitely a good place to shop. Customer service and responses from them have certainly improved. Good customer appreciation program in place.

The site does not state clearly that as goods are shipped from Hong Kong, customs duty will be payable. Also had difficulty with online payments as I was e-mailed asking me to re-confirm personal information via a return e-mail.

If anyone is reading their store reviews at Strawberrynet, they must understand the importance of responding to their e-mail as given as their customer service contact information. I recently made a purchase and have sent several e-mails to communicate whether they have received my order. My payment was sent the day the order was placed. Payment was sent via PayPal and it clearly states that the transaction was completed. Strawberrynet: Respond to your customers . They are your Life or Death in Business.

They will ignore your queries once you have made an order.
I made an order with strawberrynet in June, it is now over 3 months later and I still haven't received the item, nor are they replying to my emails, I tried to call them, but all i get is an answering machine and no body bothers replying to my messages.
Every time i try to track my order using their tracking service on the site, I get the result that my order is being "processed"
whatever that means.
I finally gave up and canceled my order.

Still haven't heard from them

just wondering weather they will still charge me even though I've canceled my order.. or weather they will even acknowledge that I have made a cancellation.

I've wasted too much time and energy on this website.

My advice to you: Look elsewhere!

I ordered a product for $56.00 and never received it after 18 days. I have written many e-mails. They have not answered a single one of them. I still don't have my product and have now lost $56.00. There isn't even a telephone number to call. I will never, ever purchase from them again.

i like the free shipping and no tax part of shoppin at strawberrynet. however, i think the selection of the beauty products are limited. some pricing are higher than the suggested retail price in united states, only certain products have better price. oh, it takes a long time to open the web page in starwberrynet, maybe they should reduce the resolutions of the picture make browing the site easier and faster.

Great product, Good service, but the related customs vat and added royal mail clearance fees/charges which I had to pay on receipt of goods does not make it worth shopping with strawberrynet. The item cost £23 but the extra charges were almost half again at £8.02

Having been shocked at the retail prices of perfumes in Australia, we decided to investigate the on-line purchase option. A quick check on Google revealed StrawberryNET, and we liked the advertised prices and the fact that they offered free international delivery.

Being cautious, we checked various websites (including Epionions) for customer experiences, and found that StrawberryNET had high ratings.

So, we placed an order for three items at mid-day on Saturday 05/03/2005. We immediately received an email confirming the order and informing us that the shipment would take 4 - 6 days to arrive.

We were very pleasantly surprised to take delivery at 8:00AM on Wednesday 09/03/2005 - outstanding, given we took the cheap delivery option - not Express post - and StrawberryNET is based in Hong Kong while we live in Canberra Australia. The contents of the shipment were exactly as requested, and the transaction cost us roughly half of what we would have paid in local retail shops here in Australia.

We cannot recommend StrawberryNET enough. They provided excellent prices, prompt feedback on the order and outstanding delivery times.
