I have shopped at SN a number of times and have been unsure of the overall quality of the goods.  My Kerastase conditioner had a different consistency from the one I bought at the salon.  HOwver i just assumed it was slightly older and continued to order.  I guess the deep discounts got me carried away.
I just bought a bottle of Davidoff Cool Water recently from SNet.  I wore it once and found it a little strange that the perfume felt oily.  That's when I decided to do some digging online.  The packaging is different from the original.  The silver box on the blue background is missing!  I just realised I've got a complete dud!!

I have got an ad from Strawberrynet "with purchase of perfume&skincare you'll get free gift". When placing the order, at the moment of checkout, the line with "free gift" disappeared and nothing was suggested as a gift to choose. As the order was placed and my card was charged, I sent a message to Strawberrynet asking "Where is my gift?" and has got no reply. After sending second message, finally I have got the reply "the gift that you have chosen is out of stock, sorry. Suggest 10$ discount for the next order. Just send us a message after order placing." But I didn't even had a chance to choose anything at the time of purchase... %-( Taking into account their "responsiveness" with the current order and NO gift (though it was promised) I doubt that I can get any manual discount next time.

Also Strawberrynet is showing prices at local currency (no way to see in $ for my region) but charges the card in $. The trick is  that exchage rate behind the prices is 1 year old, meaning that the real price that will be charged to the card is at least 10% higher, bcs of their "mistake" in exchange rate.

Don’t trust StrawberryNET
There are plenty of other discount prestige brand cosmetic websites who are trustworthy - don’t take the risk unless you are absolutely sure what you are about to order is going to be what you expected.

StrawberryNET are great when you are spending but no good for returns. The returns policy states ‘Please contact our orders department at mailto:orders@Strawberrynet.com before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund’.

Problem is they never answered my international phone call or four emails sent within the required ten days of receiving my products. And no, they hadn’t lost my email address, I subsequently received three of their promotional emails.

The product is a 15 ml Orlane eyecream which I mistakenly expected to be 30mls. This is so not good value compared to other eye creams. And unfortunately another problem is that the product is in a small tube that does not appear to be sealed.  There is no way I want to use an unsealed product in any case.

I guess it is just too much to expect StrawberryNET's to trust me in return.

I was appalled AFTER ordering my perfumes to realize that I would have to wait over TWO WEEKS to get my items. And when I did, I was shocked that I had to pay an extra 45 euro to collect it! This is despite paying for delivery when I ordered online. I will NEVER EVER shop from them again! This has been my worst online shopping experience, EVER!

I ordered the Shiseido Future Solution cream from Strawberrynet and it was a fake product.  The plastic cover the box was cut along the diagonal lines at the bottom.  When I removed the plastic, the cut marks imprinted on the box too.  I guessed they had done something to the cream, mixed fake and real cream or just refill the fake cream. 

They did a good job so you can't tell it's fake by the look and the smell, but I have a small sample from Macys and could tell the difference when I put them on.  The cream from Macys is not greasy and gave me light and cool feeling.  The cream from Strawberrynet is greasy and heavy.

I've been ordering skincare products from Strawberrynet for 9 times and couldn't tell they sale fake products until now.  For the cheaper products (less than $100) you might get the real things, but for something more expensive like the Shiseido Future Solution cream ($230 before tax), you will get the fake one.  I will never buy things from Strawberrynet again.

Ordered a Lancaster eye cream in April, apparently dispatched soon after ordering and was dispatched to my local Post office.

However, when I attempted to collect it, I was told it had been sent back.  When I tried to track the order on their web site it wasn't recognised.

I have just ordered a eye cream from Strawberrynet at the beginning of January and still trying to get the Customs and a whooping Royal Mail charges back from this company . They say on their sight it will be refunded, but you have to  fax the receipt  it (at your own expense) to Hong Kong or mail it to Hong Kong. Be minded of this when you order.

I use strawberry net all the time (New Zealand Resident).  Never had any problems with them.  Products have all been genuine, always arrived on time, 3-6 days and have never received a fake product.  I am up to my 10th purchase and receive discounts for being a loyal customer.  I also get free samples put in my order.  I was surprised to see so many complaints about strawberry net, maybe i have been lucky?

I have been ordering from strawberrynet for a few years now and am overall happy with their service...however I do find that their 50% off specials sometimes provide FAKE products...so be careful you may think your saving but actually you are paying a lot more than what the product is worth!!!

I placed two separate orders for Shisedo makeup and skincare products - around $200 Australian. I received confirmation and notice of despatch on 23 June 2008 and 2 July 2008. I live in a capital city so would expect delivery out of Hong Kong to be reasonably swift. Neither of my shipments has arrived and my local post office advises the number quoted by Strawberrynet for tracking is useless. The Strawberrynet customer service facility is most unhelpful.
Highly suspicious that two shipments (the only two I've ever ordered from the company) have not arrived - no proof of despatch, just the email saying so....and yes, they keep flooding my email with "special" offers - take from my experience what you wish, however be prepared to receive nothing for your money....

I have only ordered from Strawberry Net once but will never again.... there are plenty of GOOD online stores out there so do not bother with this one.

I ordered a perfume (which arrived quickly by the way) but it is a FAKE. I have been wearing this perfume for a few years now and I know what it smells like and what they sent aint it!!!

No response to my emails.

You've got to be KIDDING ME. The item that arrived is about as fake as a Louis V bag down on 7th and Canal St in Chinatown. Unless you like false advertizing and/or getting ripped off, run like hell from this Strawberrynet nonsense.

I ordered a bottle of perfume and face powder from Strawberry. The items were delivered separately and I had to pay over £11.00 customs duty for each item, adding a big £23.00 to the overall purchase price. What was worse was that the perfume was not the one I ordered. I have emailed Kitty Wong on five occasion now to try and get this remedied but she has not responded. So I am stuck with perfume I didn't want and could have purchased the one I wanted at a local shop for the price (including customs duty) that I paid for the bottle I was sent.

I would NEVER shop at Strawberry again. Appalling service.

Ordered 'I Loewe you' fragrance on April 29th because it is not available in the shops anymore overhere in the Netherlands. Within five days I received a package with the free gift (lipgloss) but until today no sign of the actual order. I sent several emails to customer service which were all replied the next day but still no package with my much wanted fragrance :-(

Delivery speed is good, within the period of time they promise.
Order accuracy is okay.
Customer service is so-so. The customer officer, Ben Lui kept copy-paste the remarks to my enquiries; rather than trying to explain in another way. Language problem? I don't really know.
Overall satisfaction is just such a disappointment after they requested for my credit card's security code even after the transaction has been posted. My banker advised me not to issue the security code again especially after posting of transaction. I was told that my security code might be misused.

I'm sorty to tell you my last experience(4th order) with strawberry is very bad
I've paid 175 euro via paypal for an order for 4 products. I've paid om 27 august and they didn't send the package till now. I 've send 9 emails till new for giving information ginving ID number Paypal. Thy did not response.
So I can advice you not to buy any products from strawberrynet.com

I ordered an item in mid September it arrived today with a £7.95 fee payable on receiving item. I had a query and emailed them 7 times - i have still not received a reply. They took for the item twice - needless to say I wont get my money back. I would NEVER use them again. rip off.

Strawberrynet have an extensive range of quality, genuine products at prices sometimes less then 50% of department stores, plus they deliver worldwide at no extra charge. I ordered some perfume for a friend living in Australia and she received it in perfect condition on only 4 days! Obviously Strawberrynet are an efficient operation, and very customer oriented as the goods were nicely wrapped even though I didn't specifically request it. They also kept me abreast of what was happening via e-mail by sending me an order confirmation when the order was placed, and another when the order was shipped. Very happy with my Strawberrynet experience and will definitely be back whenever I need to send some gifts.

i ordered from non-European Union country but the goods were delivered in 10 days (less than i expected), i didn't have to pay for any extra/surprise/hidden postal charges/taxes, had no problem with placing my order or paying. only thing that bothered me was the cap of the bottle which was broken, and i wanted to use strawberrynet for buying gifts - for now, i am still just thinking about it. think i will give them another try.

Bought Canali fragrance for men and it smelled awful. I brought it to a local US retailer and they said it was from the first lot made in 2005. Much have been sitting in a hot warehouse exposed to sun. The same fragrance at the store smelled far superior. I emailed Straberrynet Online and they ingnore my email for two weeks. Not so happy with them! Moreover they are a foreign site, so those of us in the United States should stay away. Buying fragrances online is risky and I recommend Scentiments.com. They have been great to deal with.

I received a .5 oz bottle of Opium Parfum (not Eau de Parfum) from StrawberryNet. On their site they state that packaging may look different from what we usually get here in the USA. It turns out that the Perfume inside the bottle is BOGUS. I have the remainder of my previous bottle of Opium (only 6 months old) side by side with the new one and they smell NOTHING ALIKE. I've been wearing this product for over 20 years and I know the fragrance well. For the relatively tiny savings for which I'd hoped by buying from StrawberryNet, I have actually thrown away $148. I will try to fight it with the credit card company. Strawberrynet sent me the same form letter three times regarding returns. They don't read any letter you send. I had written and explained that I HAD to open the bottle to know that the product was a FAKE, and they keep responding that they will be happy to accept my return as long as it isn't opened. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company, unless you don't care if your perfume is dollar store merchandise costing department store prices.

Strawberrynet is a great choice for overseas gifts. Great quality gift sets are priced very reasonably. Better still you do not need to pay for couriering to relatives/friends around the world. Most of my Christmas shopping will be done through strawberrynet.com for sure.
