I had a terrible experience with StawberryNET. The products are counterfeit. Firstly, I bought 'diorshow' mascara, and the quality was awful. It would smudge after 30 mins of wearing it. Obviously this is not something you would expect from Dior, and was certainly not what i anticipated after hearing rave reviews about it. It was no better than a £4 regular mascara. MORE IMPORTANTLY....On closer inspection the mascara box had the barcodes sliced out in four places and replaced with sticker ones (dodgy!?), and the box looked like it had been cut and re-assembled. Secondly I also bought 2 MAC pigments (cornflower and teal), the boxes and pots had differences between them, and the colour looks different to that on MAC websites. Unfortunately i do not have anything to compare them to, but non the less they quality is not what you would expect from MAC. I have read up on an ebay guide about how to spot MAC fakes, and it seems they can be VERY hard to spot. So these are very clever fakes! And to top it all off i was charged £14 customs. £14!!!! Having read other reviews about the total lack of customer service i will not bother having any dealings with the company in trying to get a refund on the items or claim back customs.
