I ordered the "Library Card" style CD/DVD unit and I received the BEST customer service from this vendor. Far above and beyond what I have received elsewhere and I have ordered from Amazon, Macy's, Pottery Barn, Plow and Hearth, Ross-Simons, Barnes and Noble, Target - you name it I've ordered from them.
Funny thing? The unit arrived earlier than expected by 2-3 days....and damaged, very badly! Isn't that the best test of a vendor - how they handle a problem?
I went back to my receipt email and found the contact info. I was worried since customer service is limited hours and figured I'd have a fight on my hands. No Siree, the complete opposite!
I sent an email during the hours allotted and Boy Howdy if I didn't have a response within 10 minutes, maybe sooner! My situation was a little unique - had just moved in, new address, was going to be out of town on business trip...complications to say the least.
Well let me tell you, not only were the emails I received extremely warm and respectful, they took my needs into account and resolved the matter quickly and thoroughly with an apology no less!
I received my replacement order promptly (once again, maybe a day or two earlier than expected) and the return pickup way painless.
I am VERY happy with my storage unit, I was thrilled with my purchase price (the lowest online and I searched long and hard) and I was surprised and delighted with the customer service I received.
