I recently purchased an AC adapter for my Olympus digital camera from SterlingTek and I am Very pleased with the buying experience. My E-7AU Adapter was delivered within seven days as promised. It was well packaged and arrived intact. Their website is very easy to navigate and very informative about the products they offer. They have absolutely the lowest prices on the Net for the products they offer. The product I received does exactly what they claimed it would do, works perfectly with my camera. Excellent customer service. My D-390 camera was not listed specifically in their application list for the product I ordered so I called them by phone to confirm that it would indeed work. The people I spoke to at SterlingTek were courteous, thoughtful and informative and answered all my questions competently. I also sent them two emails and they responded to both of them within 48 hours. I had absolutely no problems in my dealings with this company. I wish I could say the same thing about many other companies I have dealt with on the internet. I look forward to doing more business with SterlingTek. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Definately top shelf!
