Great price on digicam battery but false advertising on shipping price.

Bought camera battery thru Sterlingtek's Pricegrabber Storefront and got a great price. However, in bold print the shipping was advertised as a "$5.99 flat-rate" but all their shipping choices are $6.99 and up. When I inquired, they replied that they just changed their rates and did not refund the difference, yet days later the site still says $5.99. It's only a dollar but a lie is a lie, so can't rate higher than a 2. Plus, I noticed on the package that the USPS shipping actual cost was all of 60 cents so guess the other $6+ was "handling". Order process was unnecessarily confusing perhaps in part b/c of the Pricegrabber Storefront interface and Paypal payment system. I shop online all the time (including Paypal) and still found it less than straight-forward. Novice online shoppers should probably avoid and veterans should use caution.
