I would just like to take the time to express my happiness with my recent desk purchase at Staples.

I found a desk I like online and went to the store to order it. I had gift cards which were not redeemable online. I was offered wonderful assistance by the staff on finding the items I wanted from their catolog. Then they took the time to order it and make sure everything was set up and ready to go.

I was completely floored when the customer service representative informed me that my desk would arrive the two days later (keep in mind I was placing my order at six oclock in the evening, so I am assuming this is basically next day delivery) and the delivery charge was free on any purchase over $50.

The desk arrived two days later first thing in the morning (around eight thirty that morning). The delivery man was a tad out of shape and by himself so my husband offered to assist him with the moving of the desk as the boxes were very big and heavy.

Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I received. The only two negative comments I have for the store is that I wish you could redeem gift cards online and I think the deliver truck needs to have two people and those people should be able to easily lift and move large items when they are on the truck.

Now, I am getting ready to order the matching hutch and can't wait to get it on my doorstep!!
