I love Staples, both retail and online! Online especially because of a few things:

1) FAST DELIVERY! Items are usually delivered in one or two business days. On a Wednesday I placed an order at about 4 in the afternoon and next day at 12:30! They use a great messenger service by me. The delivery is also FREE for Staples Rewards members (which is also FREE).

2) GREAT PRICES! Items sometimes cost less or more in the store than online, depends on the product and the store I guess. $.99 for a dozen BIC pens online, in the store its $1.39. But...$.40 for Cap Erasers in the store and $.55 online. So you need to know which products are cheaper online and which are cheaper in stores.

3) NICE SUPPORT! When I need help on my order, I just call up Staples and their kind and courteous people assist me in any and every way possible. Email support is great too, took me 20 minutes to get a response.

The thing I like about shopping from Staples online instead of the store is that the people in the stores are a tad snobby. They always comment on the products and not that helpful. The manager at the one in downtown Chicago is extremely rude.
