Item received but not opened until my entertainment room was ready for it. Glass shelves were broken, packaging was insufficient for the size and weight. Customer servive rep was of no help. Would advise strongly against purchasing from this outfit. Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service.

Ordered part, rcvd in 1 week, installed last night, fit like it was designed exactly for it. All hardware was included. Instructions were very clear and in English, with no extra junk or ads, just what I needed to install the wall mount TV that was bought at a local electronics big box retailer.
