I would say that this company was helpful and responsive and they were, somewhat, except when it comes to shipping. BEWARE of their free shipping.I will never be ordering from them again because of this shipping experience. I was searching for a particular desk because I already had the matching hutch. I found it on your website, it says it was in stock, so I ordered it, later to find out it really WASN'T in stock and wouldn't be able to be ready for deliver for over a month! I cancelled the order. Stands and Mounts sells a good product at a resonable price compared to the many other sites. Shipping was free and quick. I wasn't sure at first when the product was shipped but, one phone call and it was clear that they were on the ball.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Item received but not opened until my entertainment room was ready for it. Glass shelves were broken, packaging was insufficient for the size and weight. Customer servive rep was of no help. Ordered part, rcvd in 1 week, installed last night, fit like it was designed exactly for it. All hardware was included. Instructions were very clear and in English, with no extra junk or ads, just what I needed to install the wall mount TV that was bought at a local electronics big box retailer.
