I have been looking for this style of chair for a while, for the right price. It turns out that the chairs and the stool are very sturdy and I do not think we will have a problem with this purchase. Sales help on the phone outstanding! Chairs replaced 4 similar chairs, also made in Poland,that were 34 years old. $119/chair price was very good (we paid $49 in 1978). UPS tracking is fantatic, as are their drivers.

I had a problem with first on line order and reordered. Wound up with 2 orders of the same product. I Initially called and left a message and also emailed the error. There was a refund for the 2nd order and the original order was sent via UPS. The delivery arrived in the late afternoon of the scheduled delivery date. which was fine. My complaint is that I was not given an estimated AM or PM time of delivery, nor informed that a signature was not required for the delivery. I waited all day believing I had to sing for this package. This is a procedure that should be corrected with UPS and /or information about the delivery that should be imparted to the client

I had looked for days for this type of chair and didn't want to pay what other stores were charging..when I found the chair I was thrilled..it was $99 which was a perfect price and it got here in 2 days! That was great...my husband said that was the easiest chair he has ever assembled....overall.. great experience..great quality for the price...great price..and super fast shipping..plan on ordering 3 Manhattan bar stools in about a week!
