Had the product that I wanted. Good quality for the price. Getting the product out of the warehouse took a bit longer than I thought necessary, but it was worth the wait. I have ordered another chair and I will see if the service remains the same.

Ordered on 12/23/06. It was supposed to be shipped on 12/26 or 12/27 along with an email. Never received email nor product. Called several times on 1/9/07. I was on hold for a long time. Each time I heard, "A customer service representative will be with you shortly." But, I couldn't wait that long. On 3rd attempt, I finally spoke with someone on 1/9/07 who said they didn't understand why it wasn't shipped, but would look into it and I'd receive an email. Still haven't received email or item as of 1/13/07.

I ordered 2 uniforms for my boys, I was given a tracking number along with the address the product was to ship to. When I followed up to track the product it was delivered to Ohio instead of Arkansas, then after making a phone call I find out from SportsKids the product I had ordered was discontinued. Why would a customer be given a tracking # & confirmation # for something they ordered and then be told that that particular product was discontinued. I would be very disappointed if I was the owner of a company and heard that this kind of service was rendered. Just this morning my youngest asked when we were going to receive those football uniforms. I told him to hang in there until we could find another supplier to provide those.

The item was supposed to have been shipped before Dec. 21st, it still hasn't shipped or arrived. I am extremely unhappy with this merchant, as I think you should be. Because of the poor circumstances I would let this merchant know that "Sportskids" will no longer be using him. I would expect nothing less from a company that wants to keep its clientele happy (which I am definitely NOT).

Ordered on Dec 9 and just spoke w/ Robert and he informed me that my order had been cancelled because they will not be receiving the uniform that (when I called and ordered) they said was in stock. When I just checked their site they are currently selling the same uniform "currently in-stock" on the web-site. Horrible company!!!!

I ordered the product in early December. I was told that there would be 7-10 days for shipping (No Problem, yet) I called at the end of the 10 days (Dec 22)and i discovered that the product hasn't shipped yet. The product wasn't even in stock. I was told that my order would not be processed in time for Christmas and I wouldn't receive it after the new year. I still couldn't get an end date, so i cancelled my order. A notice should be sent to the purchaser that the product is not in stock and that there would be delays up front. This is the worst internet purchase I have ever experienced.

I have tried to contact Sports Kids by email and 3 times by phone. I have not received any response as of yet. I received only one of the 4 items that I ordered. I received it on November 30, 2006, and today is January 4, 2007. Absolutely unacceptable! The customer service reps I spoke with said their only means of communication with Sports Kids is via email. I can't even talk to anyone who can help me find out what happened to my other 3 items. I will NEVER shop at Sports Kids again. In the meantime, I'm still trying to get to the bottom of things. All I know is they have my money, and I haven't received my complete order. What a disappointement.

I ordered something as a Christmas present Dec. 4th. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten my order. If the items weren't in stock and they knew they could not deliver before Christmas, the customer should have been informed. Instead, I was left empty handed at an important time of the year and the items still have not arrived.
At least the company responded to my inquiry about the items (a week after I asked). So far they have failed to follow up on when the items will be shipped. Unless I get them this week I plan to cancel the order.

I had to cancel my order because no one could verify that my order would be received before Christmas as I was guaranteed it would. No one could verify where the order was, if it had been started even two days before I was supposed to have it. I did receive the back packs but was disappointed in the size. It took several phone calls on my part to receive a RA number to return the items. I was told over and over that someone would contact me but I had to keep calling requesting the same information. My first order I canceled on December 8, 2006. My second order I canceled on December 18, 2006 because no one could provide me any information regarding my order and when and if I would receive it.

Since there was not a size chart available on line I called and soke to a representative regarding the sizes. The first person I spoke with had no idea and told me to call back another time. I called the next day and the lady I spoke with also did not know and she told me to call back again. After finally getting the sizes I ordered the size that I needed according to the measurements given. The size was wrong! I then called to ask how to return/exchange merchandise. I was told to watch my e-mail for instructions. I am still waiting! This is completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered, got a confirmation that the item would ship in 3 or so days, didn't receive it e-mailed--no response, called the agent said it would be shipped shortly in time for Christmas, still didn't receive it--called again was advised the order was cancelled--explained I did not cancel, inquired just who cancelled, was told the manufacturer cancelled.Mind you all this time I'm checking my computer and the order is saying it will ship--nothing about a cacellation. I asked the agent when I was going to be notified of the cancellation--she said I would not be notified because it was the manufacturer that cancelled--so I was left hanging with no gift Had I not called I would be waiting and trusting them to do the right thing. When I said I would notify the Better Business Bureau, the agent said "we didn't take your Money". Would I use this merchant again--Never, if they don't have the decency or just plain business sense to keep people advised of the true status of the order they shouldn't be in business. My order was placed in early December, so it wasn't last minute, in fact I watched the site to make sure the item was in stock--the first agent assured me it was, and an item was earmarked for me. Even after I was told the manufacturer "cancelled" my order the site showed the item as being "in stock" I hope Sportskids.com will suffer some sort of ramifications for their shoddy practices.

Very disappointed in the service. Called 3-4 times, did not go out of their way to help or find an answer for me. Emailed more times than that and got NO REPLY...except for a standard reply that goes out to all customers. Got a email from them today 21 days AFTER placing the order telling me that the order had been backordered. Why wasn't I told this from DAY ONE???? Anything would have been better than NO REPLY!!!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY BOOK. And I have worked in retail over 15 yrs.!!!!

It was aweful. I canceled my oreder, but I had a hard time reaching them to cancel it. The order was supposed to be shipped between 12/8 and 12/13, but as of 12/19, my product still had not arrived. The tracking system on the website only said "No tracking info available," yet it said my order was "In Process." I called, but I waited 30 min. on hold for help (I finally hung up). I finally got in touch with someone through Live Chat and they cancelled my order. Very disappointing.

Ordered youth helmet and uniform set on 12/13. I called on 12/18 and the person on the phone said that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. Had I not called I would still be waiting for the item. The person was neither apologetic nor helpful. Checked my account today (12/24) and it says "In Progress" with an expected ship date of 12/15-12/18.
