We ordered several items and our credit card was billed for all of them on 11/24/07. One of the larger items was supposed to ship before 12/7/07 but still has not arrived as of 12/15/07. I called customer service on 12/11. Heather indicated she would investigate and e-Mail a UPS Tracking number to me. By today (12/15), Heather had still not forwarded an e-Mail. I called SportKids customer service again. They said they would escalate an investigation with the manufacturer via Laurie and call me at home with the outcome. I advised the items are needed before Xmas. Will be waiting for reply.
I found the tracking number process on the SportsKids website misleading. There was one tracking number listed for the entire order and it showed shipped until you drill into individual items to see the actual details.

Shower curtain didn't show up with order, but it was listed on the packing slip. I called a number on the slip and they said they would contact sports kids. I waited several days but got no call or e-mail, but got a quick response when I e-mailed Sports kids myself about the problem. They gave me no hassle and sent the shower curtain.

I shopped on line and had an easy time finding what I was looking for at SportsKids.com. The only complaint that I have is that the description of the product did not include a good description of the material of the valance. I was surprised when I received the items and did not get what I had expected. Still, I was pleased with the items. They look great in my grandson's room and the material of the valance did not make as big a difference as I thought it would. It's a great product.

Irecieved my order,but i recieved 1 wrong item. And it took me 4 times to call to finally get someone to help me. I recieved a Valance instead of the extra pillow sham i ordered. So finally 2 nights ago i had a nice young man by the name of Carter that helped me out. Kudos to Carter.

Was idspleased with the quality of the product. I called and spoke with a Customer Svc Rep and was not satisfied. I should not have to wait 30 days before having to take the time and money to mail the defective helmet back for a replacement. I should have gotten a satisfactory one the first time.

I like the product, but thought the description could have been a little more accurate. I got the impression that the zip-up seat cushion contained a separate plastic raincoat, when it actually is part of the construction of the seat itself.
