I bought a blanket listed as "almost perfect" and it was delivered much later than promised and with a huge imperfection that went clear across the front of the blanket. I spoke to someone at the company and was told that a box would be sent for the return but it never came. Since then attempts to reach the company by phone and email have been unsuccessful.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! We bought a comforter and needed to return it. It was over 2 weeks before anyone ever returned an e-mail or message. We sent the package back and they will not refund our money. We have proof of delivery and they still refuse to give us a credit. Save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are SCAM ARTIST!

Once I placed my order, I immediately noticed that my email address was incorrect. I backspaced on my computer, and verified that I had entered it correctly - cannot explain why one character was omitted on SportsKids record. Of course, I was then unable to recieve any email notifications regarding the shipping or tracking of my purchase! At the time of ordering, shipping was estimated at 8-10 days - after two weeks, I started calling SportsKids and was NEVER able to reach a live person. Only two options out of the 6 or 7 given on their phone service enabled me to leave a message - left messages explaining my situation and asking for a return call or email indicating a correction to my email address, and (again) NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE! I had just started actions with my bank to dispute the transaction this past Friday, and my package arrived yesterday (Saturday - three weeks after ordering). Had it not been for the difficulty in tracking my order, or reaching a company representative, I would have been totally satisfied - however, the not knowing and not being contacted was very disturbing! I would not recommend doing business with SportsKids.

I ordered 2 2pks of baseball socks (4 pairs). When the order was received, it was only 2 pair. I tried to contact the company and left several messages. I never heard from them. There was no form for return in the package. No instructions on how to return. I just chalked it up to getting RIPPED OFF by this company. I will NEVER shop with them again!!!

In this day and age of competitive sales, every order and every customer should count. Sportskids.com is truly a trafficing site with no customer care and no accountability. After multiple attempts to call the "customer service" line with no answer and emails with no reply, I ended up calling the vendor of my product directly for tracking information, etc. I would discourage anyone from using this website for any orders. Spend your money with a company that cares for its customers.

Wish I had read the reviews before I tried to purchase my stopwatch! This company stinks. I placed my order on April 9, 2009. As of 04/28/2009, I still do not have shipping verification. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach the company. No one answers their phone. Voice mail at accounts payable is full. Fax number doesn’t work. I have canceled my order and contacted my bank to stop payment.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Follow up is non existent. I ordered an Ogio Locker Bag. Great price, promised ship date was 3/3/09. Great. Today is 3/23/09 and it STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! I contacted them weeks

-Company only communicates via email and gives themselves an entire business day to respond. -Phone number only goes to a recorded message directing you to email customer service questions. There is not even a sales staff to take phone orders. No phone communication available at any level. -Eventually company sent an email and said they were "checking with vendor" for a shipping date. -Three days later I had not heard from sportskids and they had not responded to my additional emails. -Found their customer service to be non-existent. -Would never buy from them again. |

I knew what I wanted so there were no problems. I had trouble in the past with this merchant when I tried to return defective merchandise. I had to contact the manufacturer, who contacted Sportskids before I could get replacement items. Sportskids was not willing to exchange the defective merchandise for me. It took a lot of trouble and time. I have not found any other place to order this product so I am forced to go through this company.
