My order was short a pair of penn state curtains and a valance. I tried numerous times to contact these people by phone and fax with one email weeks later saying they were trying to get a tracking number. However in the beginnig they told me my complete order was shipped in one delivery. I ended up reordering the product that was missing and had to spend an additonal $49.98 on something I already paid for once, so I could complete my sons bedroom!!!!!!!!!!! These people should learn better customer service and don't ever try to contact them because they never do return your call at all,claiming they will contact you within 24 business hours.....They are TERRIBLE

Delivery time was great and I actually received my order before I got the e-mail that told me it was shipped (it came 4 days after product's delivery).
Unfortunately, I had a defective item. It took several unreturned e-mails and phone calls before I finally I caught someone in online help to talk to about a replacement. Don't believe their claim that they will get back to you within 1 business day. It was 2 weeks before I finally found a live representative. I was told I would receive a return mailing label for my defective item along with a replacement. However, I actually got an entirely different product! They did not include a mailing label to return my defective item. Now I am back in the cycle of finding no one in customer service to help. Let alone anyone competent. I don't think the speed of delivery makes up for availability of assistance, lack of response and inaccuracy of orders. I would deal with anyone else who carries what you're looking for before resorting to this site. |

I DO NOT recommend sportkids.com. They have no customer service and will not return phone calls or emails if you have a problem with your order. The website has several ways to reach them, but don't bother, because they won't answer any of them. They do not have an adequate return policy (since you cannot get in touch with anybody) and their lack of customer service is blatent. The company seems to be very shady. The one time I actually did get to talk to someone, they tried to smooth things over and tried to act like everything was fine, but I still got no results. All I wanted to do was to exchange something because they had sent me the wrong size to begin with. They refuse to correct their mistake. This has been going on for over a month. I will never shop at this store again.

Overall good experience, but they sent me a coupon via email for $10 off a $50 purchase. My purchase totaled $63, but the system did not deduct the full $10 only about $3 was deducted. I phoned and a rep told me to send an email about the problem and my credit card would be adjusted, but I never heard anything back from my email.

This merchant is a drop shipper that charges your credit card before assuring you that the product is even available. Product will not be available until Feb 2010. Requested order canceled. Waiting for credit back to account. Was reported to take 1-3 business days, received notice of this on August 6, 2009. No credit back to account as of August 21, 2009. Call to 1-800 number was unsuccessful. Voice mailbox was full. Unable to speak with an individual. Online chat does not work. Emails are answered promptly, but seem to be mostly canned type of emails. Not a successful purchase. Will not purchase from this merchant again. Have to make charge dispute to get credit applied to account.

I spoke to someone at the company and was told that a box would be sent for the return but it never came. Since then attempts to reach the company by phone and email have been unsuccessful.

Once I placed my order, I immediately noticed that my email address was incorrect. I backspaced on my computer, and verified that I had entered it correctly - cannot explain why one character was omitted on SportsKids record. Of course, I was then unable to recieve any email notifications regarding the shipping or tracking of my purchase! At the time of ordering, shipping was estimated at 8-10 days - after two weeks, I started calling SportsKids and was NEVER able to reach a live person. Only two options out of the 6 or 7 given on their phone service enabled me to leave a message - left messages explaining my situation and asking for a return call or email indicating a correction to my email address, and (again) NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE! I had just started actions with my bank to dispute the transaction this past Friday, and my package arrived yesterday (Saturday - three weeks after ordering). Had it not been for the difficulty in tracking my order, or reaching a company representative, I would have been totally satisfied - however, the not knowing and not being contacted was very disturbing! I would not recommend doing business with SportsKids.

In this day and age of competitive sales, every order and every customer should count. Sportskids.com is truly a trafficing site with no customer care and no accountability. After multiple attempts to call the "customer service" line with no answer and emails with no reply, I ended up calling the vendor of my product directly for tracking information, etc. I would discourage anyone from using this website for any orders. Spend your money with a company that cares for its customers.

Wish I had read the reviews before I tried to purchase my stopwatch! This company stinks. I placed my order on April 9, 2009. As of 04/28/2009, I still do not have shipping verification. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach the company. No one answers their phone. Voice mail at accounts payable is full. Fax number doesn’t work. I have canceled my order and contacted my bank to stop payment.
I would not believe the short reviews that say great service, would use again. There are just too many customers who have had the same experience as I. i never did get the item. Buyer beware! Stay away from this company!!! |
