I ordered several toys and games for Christmas. I received a confirmation number and information that the items would arrive by 12/22. The items never arrived. I was not able to track my order via their website. I called customer service and finally got them on the phone a few days before Christmas. After researching my order I was told that my credit card authorization had not been approved and that they had never completed the order. I had used the same card with several other internet merchants on the same day with no problems. I asked why Spilsbury hadn't called me or emailed me to correct the problem when I placed the order. The woman at customer service said, "I don't know I just work here at the call center." I never received the items I ordered, I was offerred no compensation (not even a coupon) for Spilsbury's error and incompetence and had to go out shopping at the last minute to try to find comparable items for Christmas. I will never shop with Spilbury again - it was internet shopping at its worst.

I ordered the Giga ball from Spilsbury after reading that it was in stock, then received an email saying it wouldn't arrive until January. I canceled the order because it was for Christmas. Unacceptable for the company to have it listed as in stock if it wasn't.

I am very frustrated at having items from my order be automatically cancelled without my request/permission. I'm told it's a computer glitch, but this will be the third and final time that I try to purchase an item from Spilsbury. I also don't like how they'll partially charge your account when they partially ship orders randomly and don't let you know before the debit occurs what's going on and where certain charges are coming from.

Their tracking system could be better. I received an e-mail saying 2 items were backordered. On wasn't going to be available until 12/24. I was concerned because all the items were Christmas gifts. I had no way of tracking my order and when I contacted them it took a while for a response. They responded after everything had been shipped.
