Excellent service, Customer service was the best,....I needed to get a toy delivered with no delays for a needy child....Although I had paid for 2 or 3 day express del., because the customer service rep could not absolutely guarantee on time del. with the shipping I had chosen, she upgraded my shipping to overnight...and then refused to charge me for the shipping!!! I cried...the needy child had the toy of his dreams on Christmas morning...and Spillsbury gained a customer for life. A great move for everyone!

Everything was done in a very timely manner. I returned the Monkeys because they weren't what I expected, which happens when purchasing on line, and the refund to my credit card was done very quickly. This site has a lot of interesting items, the service is excellent and I will shop through this site again.

I had originally ordered the "leg lamp" through Signals catalog and was disappointed that they were completely sold out of the product with no reorders, etc. I went on line for the leg lamp and discovered that Spilsbury had them in stock and for a few bucks less. I was very dissapointed in the shipping procedures during the holidays. There was no way to track my product and it arrived a day later than the last guaranteed date of my expedited shipping that I paid for. I did not have the gift in time for Christmas which means it was not available for me to give as a gift.

I wanted the product, and even had it sent to where I would be for Christmas (imagining that it would arrive BEFORE I did). However, it arrived the day after we all left. It did NOT say it would take that long to send, so if the item I had ordered was part of a "big" gift instead of just a gag gift, I would have been VERY disappointed.

Placing the order online was easy. I did not like that I was never notified that my order had been canceled until I called on December 28th. This was purchased for a Christmas present.(Please note that the order was placed on December 16th with updated shipping to be received in time for Christmas.)I did apppreciate the fact that the charge had been charged to my account and rebated in a timely fashion without having to make a request.

I placed my order on Dec.18.06, I had ordered 4 items,a Mr.rootbeer making kit along with the refill for the rootbeer, a ice shot glass maker, and a pull my finger key chain. I recieved my order on the 22 of december. I was really happy it came so fast because it was the holidays and all. Well I opened the box and it was all there except for the Mr. rootbeer kit. (So I was very happy with the product line and all the people I talked to were very helpful and polite. I still have not recieved my rootbeer making kit. I had to give the refill package as the gift on Christmas morning. I figured that it would come at least no later than the 28 of Dec.And this being the 30 of Dec ,I am a little dissapointed with the service now. Hopefully my kit will show up by tuesday.

While I recieved my order in time, I was very dissappointed that one item was indicated as being "in stock" at the time that the order was placed, and yet, a couple of days later I recieved an email indicating that said item would not be shipped until January of 2007. When I later recieved my package containing the other item that was ordered, the packing invoice indicated that the 2nd item would be shipped on 12/27/06. As things turned out the item did arrive in time for Christmas, but all of the conflicting information regarding its status was very confusing and frustrating. This was my only problem with ordering fromi Spilsbury.

I had never heard of Spilsbury, I was looking on the internet for a product (the ugly mug) I saw on the Rachael Ray show, the Spilsbury site was listed as a possible source. I found the ugly mug and several other things I liked. I ordered 3 of the mugs, and had them sent to 3 different address; I was emailed when the items had been shipped and each arrived within a week of ordering. The only problem I had during the ordering process was that your site kept telling me it didn't recognize my password, but that may have been something I did wrong, or that the site was busy with Christmas orders. I haven't tried my ugly mug yet, but several people have commented on it so I may need to order more.

I have shopped at Spilsbury for a few years now and I enjoy the unique selection of products for people of all ages. The prices are competitive, the service is efficient and I will continue to buy from them in the future. I don't need to receive quite as many catalogs though, and I don't need to receive them at my home address as well as my work address. I think that 3 to 4 catalogs a year is plenty and in this way we cover all the seasons of the year. Thanks for doing a great job!
