I bought for my mom's birthday in JULY 2007 3 subscriptions to interior decorating magazines. She has only recieved one to date NOV 27, 2007! I know you had to wait, on some issues to arrive, but they never stated that it would take over 4 months, and she's still waiting on the other 2 subscriptions to arrive.

I initially had a problem with the subscription being set up as a new subscription insead of a renewal. Speedy Mags fix the error quickly with great satisfaction.

The magazine I ordered was a renewal and they reported an expected delivery between 08/13/2007 and 09/10/2007. I have not received the magazine and will need to call them to hopefully receive the 2 year renewal I ordered and already paid for.

I was super disappointed in that TV Guide did not include morning hour listings. I emailed you guys and you graciously offered to give me a free subscription to any other of your magazines but I got busy & never took you up on the offer. Last week I emailed again to see if it was too late but I have not received a reply. Am I going to?

I ordered a specific magazine at a specific price and then days later I received an e-mail informing me that the price of the magazine went up and it would cost me more, The RIGHT prices should be listed at the time of the order. Also one magazine was never procedded.

Easy and the best prices around. Only thing (and I don't think it's the merchants fault, but instead due to the publisher) is that it took about 7 weeks to receive the first issue.

The original order was delayed for nearly 12 weeks and it was a GIFT subscription to me. VERY Embarrassing! The web site said that the magazine would arrive within 6 weeks. Therefore, I was (and still am) not happy with delivery. I receive the magazine nearly 1 week AFTER it is on the news stand. After paying over $60 for the year I want my delivery before the news stand, or at the very least, at the same time. I originally asked for a refund, but the response, was unfavorable. I was told that cancellations are only given up to 2 days after the order is placed. THAT IS WRONG! If I am not satisfied I should be able to receive a REFUND for issues NOT RECEIVED YET. If there is a way to pursue this request please let me know via e-mail tiateri1963@aol.com. Thanks.

I ordered a "package" ... 3 magazines for a set rate as well as two individual magazines. Some were renewals and others new. A phone call prompted investigation of the renewal date on one publication in a timely manner.

Even though I still have not received all of the magazines I've ordered it is not SpeedyMags fault. They quickly placed the order with the companies, the companies themselves are just EXTREMELY slow in filling them. I honestly don't think any magazine that takes almost a year to fill its subscription is worth it and I'll not be re-subscribing.

VERY POOR! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a magazine in January and have not received it. After waiting 12 weeks, sent off an email, and two weeks later got a response to that. I cannot find a telephone number to even call. I was charged money for a product I did not receive. Bad company, bad service. No evidence that they intend on ever sending the magazine.

My only problem was that I ordered this magazine for a Hanakkah present, and i don't think a message was sent to my son, who it was going to. they just started to receive it a short while ago, so if this happens in the future, can you send a message to them that they will be receiving the magazines at a certain date or month.

i purchased my magazine on dec 8th in hopes of it being a xmas gift for the new year but was scheduled to be delivered at the end of february. not only do i not get to have a subscription beginning with the annual year it was also an 8 week process which i find to be quiet lengthy, great price though...

Have not received magazine at this time. Order was billed end of November 2006. It is a bi-monthly publication so expected to receive the February issue as I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. Any queries I have sent to Speedymags by email have been followed up within a reasonable time saying to wait a little longer or looking into the matter. My feeling now is if I thought that for getting a cheaper subscription would mean I would have to chase getting the magazine and miss issues I would have payed the $10.oo more for a regular subscription.

Magazines at a great price. However, their brief explanations of the magazines could be improved--one magazine description was misleading as to what type of magazine it really was. This may have been the fault of the magazine though and not speedymags.
