I EASILY LOCATED THE WEBSITE, IDENTIFIED THE ITEM AND PLACED THE ORDER. I RECEIVED THE ORDER WITHIN 3-4 DAYS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION; AND, WITH A RETURN LABEL ATTACHED - IF NEEDED. I WAS NOT SURE HOW TO REPLACE THE VALVE, BUT FOUND A SERVICE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE. MY CALL WAS RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT. I SAVED AN AIR MATTRESS THAT I THOUGHT HAD BEEN RUINED BY IMPROPER USE.

Product was great, although I wish the casing the mattress goes in was cotton and not a plastic casing as I will have to get a mattress pad for comfort. The ease to set it up and the packing bag for travel is just what I wanted and expected. Product arrived in 2 days.
