My son's eagle scout project was to provide and install Dtv converter boxes for a local nursing home. He needed 66 boxes and 13 antennas. Solid Signal was VERY supportive. They gave him and excellent price. They worked with us on choosing the best antennas. He wanted Zinwell 970As and they had all the boxes he wanted. The exchange of the coupon information was required. They worked with us to quickly process all of these coupons. They returned calls within an hour, and processed the order quickly. The items were delivered within 1 day and the order was accurate. I would highly recommend this company!

Ordered two - Tivax STB-8 converter boxes and one channel master CM3000A antenna, shipping was really fast, got the items within 3 days, but of course the items were shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, with no protection whatsoever. The

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered two DTV converter boxes using two coupons. They emailed after the order stating that the coupons were incorrect and that I had THREE BUSINESS DAYS to contact them or they would cancel the order. After TWO DAYS they canceled the order--not even giving me the time to contact them. In emails, their response was rude and pompous and indicated that they had phoned me. I have caller ID and received no such call. If you value good customer service--buy from someone else!

I found their website had a good selection to choose from at the best price I could find. The shipping was only two days by UPS. I would not hesitate to recommend this site to anyone.

Placed an order on Friday with 2 day shipping. Kept checking the web site for order progress never saw any change in status. The following Wednesday, called to check on order. Order had not been shipped due to back order. Asked weather they had notified me about the issue and they could not tell me. The charge was deducted from my debti card, I assumed that meant it was shipped. I had to have the merchandise by Friday, one week after ordering. Cancelled the order.

I ordered an antenna that was supposed to ship immediately. Two days after ordering, I called Solid Signal and was told that the item would ship from an alternate location that day and I would receive confirmation. I called again the next day and was told the same thing, but still no confirmation. After a third call the following day, the antenna finally shipped and I got a tracking number. When I received the item, it was apparent that it had been repackaged (box was torn and taped) and installation materials (balun and mounting hardware) were not supplied as promised on the website. I had to purchase these items locally at my expense. They have yet to respond to my email concerning the condition of the product. Customer service reps are very polite, but do not follow up on their promises. I would not shop here again or recommend this vendor.

Merchant has a great web site with lots of certifications however the web site incorrectly listed the product as in-stock. I had to call them to find out they where out of stock. Was assured the product would ship that week then at the end of the week I had to call them again to find out its still out of stock with no e.t.a. SolidSignal customer service did offer me the option to change the shipping to over-night at my expend to expedite the delivery. NO THANKS SolidSignal.

Selection of products is generally broad and deep, with a few oddities (such as being able to get 250 foot lengths of coax only as part of a kit). Searching the website was generally easy, except that some related items unexpectedly had to be searched with different search terms; this could be improved. One item in my order was listed as being in stock but was really out of stock; however, I received no notice of this fact, and the pending order did not indicate this either. I had to call to find out why the order had not shipped as expected. Overall, though, my shopping experience was positive.

Product came on expected day in good condition. The only suggestion I have is that the website could have had more information on it about the product. For example, could the website put the instructions on the website? Would have made my decision easier as I would have ordered right way instead of doing further research to make sure I wasn't ordering something I may have to return. Overall I was very happy with the process.

Ordered 12/9 & have not received yet. Contacted seller several weeks later and was told it should be shipping soon. Weeks later their website still says in process & hasn't been shipped. If the product wasn't available when I ordered it, I should have been told but I never received an email about the order except after I sent them one to ask about it.

I ordered a hdtv antenna, they sent me a replacement remote at no charge ( this didn't have instructions on programming the remote). It was shipped seperately, and was the only item that i was able to track. It arrived 2 to 3 days before what I had ordered, so I was left in the dark about my order. This is not a good practice!

THE DIRECTIONS TO USE THE PRODUCT ARE HORRIBLE- IT SHOULD BE A PLUG IN AND USE TYPE PRODUCT. THE DIRECTIONS ARE SO BAD IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. THE BATTERY DIRECTIONS ALONE ARE HORRIBLE. BECAUSE THEY ARE SPECIAL BATTERRIES I EITHER NEED SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME IN ENGLISH OR SEND ME MORE EXTENSIVE DIRECTIONS IN THE PROPER SEQUENCE.
