This is the first time I have ordered software from Sofwaremedia.com.  The process went very smoothly and we had timely delivery of the product. I had Googled the software I wanted and this came up as one of the lowest prices. I was a little hesitant, but since this experience I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Softwaremedia.com saves the day! Needed a copy of Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise Edition shipped by the next morning because we had reached our maximum mailstore size on Standard Edition. We needed to upgrade promptly in order for our mail services to continue running without the mailstore being dismounted every other morning. Softwaremedia.com delivered without a hitch. I placed the order the morning before and specified Express delivery for the following morning. Fedex delivered the package an hour early. Softwaremedia was the only vendor that had an out-of-date upgrade software package available.  I needed a copy of Visio Pro 2003 upgrade at home, to work with a massive new project at the office.  The product was easy to find on their web site and ordering was fast and simple.  Entering billing and shipping information took fewer clicks than some other major online vendors.  They kept me informed throughout the shipping and delivery process, and again the linked web site took fewer steps than some others I use frequently.  The package arrived a day early and in excellent condition.  I was able to get up and running in time for the office project.  The invoice was accurate, easy to understand, complete and even attractive!  I would recommend Softwaremedia to any of my friends looking for software, because of their selection, price, shipping policy and overall satisfaction.  I plan on checking their site for future purchases - our household spends upwards of $2,000 a year on programs of all kinds.

When I was looking for the right software package, I found Microsoft Office 2007 offered at a very good price (I used Nextag to compare prices).  Also, Softwaremedia.com had about the highest rating for service.   Since I received my software, I have spoken with one of your representatives named Jeremy.   He offered great help.   My only suggestion is that you include some more specific information on your website.  I could not find anywhere that this Microsoft office package was compatible with Microsoft Vista Home Premium.   After consulting with my tech director at my work place and with Jeremy there, I found out that it is compatible.   Thank you for your assistance.   I received my software earlier than the anticipated arrival date.
