Softwaremedia.com offers software that is priced well below competitors.  The software I was considering is priced at $1700 everywhere else, but softwaremedia.com has it for a little over $400.  I had concerns they might be "too good to be true", but happily they are not! Customer service has great communication and turn around time, shipping is very fast and the item was exactly as described.  I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely use them at the primary source for my software needs as well as recommend them to all my friends and family.

The software I bought was as advertised: the price was so good I was concerned that I'd end up with an update or an OEM, but what I got was the full retail version I needed--no unpleasant surprises.

And even better, when my computer couldn't read the CD (which was the computer's fault; the drive was too old), someone answered my question within a half hour.

My experience with Softwaremedia.com was fantastic. 
I found exactly what I needed for my business and all titles were at a price I could afford.  I purchased Norton AV (10 licenses) and Acrobat Professional 9 (1 copy).  All products came in original sealed containers/cartons with appropriate/legal key codes.
The products were delivered much faster than I expected; I expected 8-10 business days.  My products arrived in 4 days!

My order was shipped the same day I placed it.  Software Media's prices are great and are usually cheaper than buying from the manufacturer.  I have already made a personal purchase from them and will recommend them to others, both business acquaintances and personal friends.  I am sure that I will also be purchasing more software from them in the future.

The only problem I had was with FedEx not delivering on time.  The order was placed requesting 2nd Day Air.  Software Media shipped it properly but, the FedEx driver dropped the ball and I did not receive it until the day after I should have.  I called FedEx and told them they should refund the 2nd Day Air charges to Software Media and they agreed.  Software Media also said they would refund the 2nd Day Air Charges to my company.

I am very pleased with Software Media and I think I will be singing their praises for a long time to come.

Softwaremedia.com even caught my mistake.  I purchased the basic version of a software at a higher price than the on-sale, upgraded version and they sent me the upgraded version automatically.  The software works as it should.  Installation was easy.

I have no complaints and will look here first for software before shopping around.  I found the website to be very helpful when making a decision.  They explained differences between versions of a program.  Their free shipping both ways makes purchasing stress-free.  Their contact information is clearly listed in case you want to speak with a live person.  I also read through some of the FAQ's and they were helpful.
