I had never heard of this company before so I was a little wary but they had a high seller rating and were offering the lowest price. I ordered two updates for Adobe software on my Mac; it was time to acquire the Adobe Acrobat Pro Upgrade as well as the latest version of Adobe Photoshop CS3 Upgrade. Softwaremedia had excellent prices for both. The package with both of them was on my porch two days later. Exactly what I ordered. Both programs installed in a straight forward fashion. I had no need to call for customer service so cannot judge that - but that is the way I prefer vendors to work.
