Softwaremedia was the only vendor that had an out-of-date upgrade software package available.  I needed a copy of Visio Pro 2003 upgrade at home, to work with a massive new project at the office.  The product was easy to find on their web site and ordering was fast and simple.  Entering billing and shipping information took fewer clicks than some other major online vendors.  They kept me informed throughout the shipping and delivery process, and again the linked web site took fewer steps than some others I use frequently.  The package arrived a day early and in excellent condition.  I was able to get up and running in time for the office project.  The invoice was accurate, easy to understand, complete and even attractive!  I would recommend Softwaremedia to any of my friends looking for software, because of their selection, price, shipping policy and overall satisfaction.  I plan on checking their site for future purchases - our household spends upwards of $2,000 a year on programs of all kinds.

When I was looking for the right software package, I found Microsoft Office 2007 offered at a very good price (I used Nextag to compare prices).  Also, Softwaremedia.com had about the highest rating for service.   Since I received my software, I have spoken with one of your representatives named Jeremy.   He offered great help.   My only suggestion is that you include some more specific information on your website.  I could not find anywhere that this Microsoft office package was compatible with Microsoft Vista Home Premium.   After consulting with my tech director at my work place and with Jeremy there, I found out that it is compatible.   Thank you for your assistance.   I received my software earlier than the anticipated arrival date.

My shopping experience was good. I couldn't believe that I was able to buy Microsoft office Home and Student for about $60 dollars less that anywhere else. Believe me I check around for prices on this software.  I am very impressed. In fact I called to make sure that this was a real deal. The costumer service representative was very helpful and ensured me that this product was not a fake.  you need to be careful of these things. the only thing that I would suggest is better packing when the software is shipped.  When I received my package the plastic box that the disk was in was shattered. The disk was not damaged but it very well could have been. Overall this was a great value for this software.

I ordered an upgrade for WordPerfect on Tuesday and received it on Friday.  Pricing was the best anywhere by over 10%.  Order accuracy was a little off since I ordered an upgrade of Standard and received a full package of Professional.  I would definitely recommend checking out their pricing for software that you're looking for.
