I puchased an Adobe CS4 Design Premium upgrade package from Softwaremedia.com. I have purchased several  software programs and upgrades from Softwaremedia.com in the past and have alway had the same experience of satisfaction.

The Order Accuracy was 100% correct, as it has been in past purchases I have made at Softwaremedia.

I can not rate Softwaremedia.com's customer service. Since everything went fine, I did not have to use it,which is just great by my standards.

The Softwaremedia Web Site was easy okay and easy enough for me to find the products what I wanted, review the choices, make payment and and specify shipping information.

Softwarmedia shipment tracking information was included in the entire process and automated to the point I did not have to make any special effort to get that information.

The delivery speed as good. I did not opt for any special shipping methods. I think the shipping was actually free on this order. The order left Softwaremedia.com as adverstised and arrived in the normal amout of time for this location without any problems, (normal for here is a day or so longer than advertised as I live out in the woods and nothing gets here as advertised by the shipping companies, this is not a fault of Softwaremedia).

The product arrived in good condition and installed just fine.
