What can I say. The price of the software was very competitive. Compared to other retailer, I was able to save $30 dollars. And being a mother of 3 during these economic hard times, I welcome affordable prices. The customer service was excellent. I am very skeptical when shopping online. To be honest, shopping online is a bit scary for me, so I had to call to make sure this was a replicable company. The young man assured me this company was legitimate. After the comfort level was gained, I proceeded online and purchased my software. Navigating through the check out process was time effective and painless. The delivery time was normal. I needed the software within 7 days and I got my product on the 7th day. When ordering online I'm always a little antsy. Am I going to get what I ordered? Will the product be damaged? Have I just paid for something I will never receive? These are just a few questions I ask myself over and over again, until I am finally relieved when I receive the product. Well ya'll I was relieved. Brand new, never opened software that works properly is always two pluses in my book. My experience with this company was great. If I had to rate Softwaremedia.com, I would give them a 9 out 10. That's darn good. I rarely give out 9's and no one will ever receive a 10 from me because no one is perfect.
