Order was processed right away. In fact, probably due to error on my end, I submitted same order twice. Within 5 minutes, I got a call asking if I really wanted the same order twice. Software king was a good shop for hard to find software. Their microsoft office software was very fairly priced, i would buy more if there were better prices on windows xp oem kits. For those personnel living overseas, the site does not offer a drop down option for APO or FPO address, but a simple email to their customer service representative fixed the problem. They are also working on getting these addresses added to their drop down menu. Product came quickly. Not mentioned in the ad that this copy is "not for retail/re-sale" and therefore is not eligible for the Norton rebate (of $30).
