Order # 35849. I ordered XP for a new build. Waited 7 days and when I didn't receive shipping information I e-mail and asked if it was shipped yet and when to expect it. To my surprise I got a return e-mail. That order was already been delivered. Great, but it must have went to somebody else because I don't have it. Sent another e-mail. Don't expect any results any time soon from that one either. Even if they reship it will be another 7-10 days. That's 17 days that my new machine is sitting there useless. They use DHL, what a joke. No wonder it's 7-10 days. Get Fed-Ex and improve your delivery time.

Ordered by phone because the on-line site would not work. Argued over charges for shipping - web site showed free shipping, they didn't want to give it to me.
Finally agreed to ship free, charged me for the product, but 3 weeks later still haven't received the product.

I placed my order on February 10th, and I received an e-mail that it had shipped. It is now February 25th, and I still have not received it. I have let e-mails and phone calls, the response I received is that it did ship, but there is no way to track it and it should show up at some time.

They told me they shipped my product, on 1/18/05, I didn't receive it till 1/28, so I called ,they said I cancelled the order, but I never did and they cgharged my card anyway. Then they said they will ship the same day by priority amil the same day , two days later I found out they shipped the day I called. They gave me tracking no. but I can not track priority mail, I still haven't received the product.
