Today is 6/29/07. I ordered one item from the regular site and one from the outlet. The regular item was shipped on 6/18, the outlet on 6/21. I received the outlet item on 6/28. Have not yet received the regular item. The tracking is beautiful, I noticed that the item was sitting in "departed sortation center" and hadn't done anything in five days, so I phoned customer service. On the 26th, I was told, we won't do anything until it has been 10 days. Didn't matter that it was just sitting there. On the 28th, I called again and had a wonderful agent who promised to trace it to see what was happening even though it hadn't been enough time, because she could see that it sat there for five days. Today I got a phone call from the first agent, who again said we won't do anything until it has been 10 days (of course I calculate it has been) and told me I must call back in a few more days. I checked the tracking and it is still sitting there. And furthermore, the item is now Permanently Out of Stock. I'm hoping they aren't going out of business and I'll be out my $80.
