detailed description of products (*) on the website. timely delivery. responsive to the comment i made in the order sheet. no hustle return processing: my purchasing experience with Snow Shack was just excellent - i will definitely return for my next skiing supply needs.

(*) i thought about buying a SuporTube, hard-case ski case, this winter. although the product was sold by other merchants (incl. L.L.Bean), Snow Shack was the only place i could find the detail description of how the product works. i ended up not buying the hard-case, but information provided by Snow Shack website was very helpful in making the decision (thanks!)
