I would prefer that SmartBargains check the quality of their merchandise before it is mailed. My shoes arrived with missing decorations and required that I return them to SmartBargains. If the merchandise had been checked before mailing, then the shoes would have been removed from the line-up of purchasable shoes.

I have been very pleased with most purchases, only one return, the reason being it did not fit. Not a problem with the process of returning or getting a credit on acccount. AFTER opening and reading manual, I found out this was a used/repaired item with the warranty crossed out. VERY POOR QUALITY. UNCLEAN THROUGHOUT. I DONATED TO CHARITY.

I cannot read many of the answers to be checked on the survey form. I have ordered many things from Smart Bargains from appliances, furniture, bed linens and other items and I have always been completely satisfied. I think the last thing I ordered was a storage ottoman and I am completely satisfied with the quality, service, and timing of delivery. I really appreciate all the "bargains" I have ordered. I do most of my shopping online.

I returned a lamp because it was damaged. I received only part of the refund as I was charged for the return shipping and that was a mistake. Via e-mail, I was promised a refund for the shipping about 3 weeks to a month ago and still have not received the refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact SmartBargains via e-mail, received automatic notifications that I would be contacted within 24 hours, and to date have not been contacted nor have I received my refund.

The only thing is I had to return the clothes-1 dress and 1 blouse-that I really liked b/c it was not sized like clothes I have ordered from Spiegel or other vendors-they were sized very small.The dress and the blouse fit like a medium.I usually wear a large-these were very tight.It seems the more expensive clothes now-a-days,fit like they used to.Why??Thank you for your attentive customer care!Pamela

I have bought many items in this store. Last order was a set of sheets. They came withought the pillowcases. I found it when I put them in the wash so the rest of the items were wet. I called and wanted the company to send me the pillows. They were not forcoming and withought even calling me or sending an e-mail my account was credited 2.50. My order was for a king set. There is no way I can purchase pillowcases with 2.50 so I email again and a cold message was sent saying that the business was taken care. So let me know if you think that is the way to treat a customer. Maria Rocafort
