Aii of the bedding I've ordered was of high thread count, worked excellantly. All of three homes I own. None of the homes are rentals and I never order sheets below 400 thread count. I have always recieved excellant service.

Order was received on time. The zipper on one of the boots was discolored (rusty) and needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, there were no problems. The free shipping offers are a great incentive to buy!

Smart Bargains will not refund me for a quilt I returned to them two months ago. The quilt was not the color depicted on-line. I never even opened the package. I followed their return instructions and provided to customer service the UPS tracking info showing that they received the quilt back. I keep getting told I will hear back from Head quarters via e-mail in 3-5 days. I doubt I will ever get my money back. This company has terrible customer service and I think they are a scam.

Shopping experience in itself was just fine. Product description did not mention that the trim and handles were made of plastic - this was unacceptable to me - I also feel the shipping for return was much too high considering that it was not the style I disliked but the inferior quality. I would rather the prices quoted would include shipping/return charges so I can make an informed decisison as to whether I wish to order. Costs too much just to look at an item.
